What you do
- Tell us the garment, or describe what it is for and let us pick two or three.
- Say how many, and the date you need them in hand.
- Send whatever artwork you have. A phone photo of a business card is a fine start.
What we do
- Check the garment is available in the colors and sizes you need.
- Work out which decoration method fits the artwork, the fabric and the budget.
- Send an itemised quote — garment, decoration, setup, shipping, tax. Nothing hidden.
- Tell you plainly if your date is not realistic, and what would make it realistic.

Approve your proof.
We create and send a digital proof. You review it, request changes if needed, and approve when it is perfect.

What you do
- Check the spelling. Every time. It is the single most common thing people miss.
- Check size and placement against the drawing, not against what you imagine.
- Ask for changes if anything is off. Changes before approval are free and unlimited.
What we do
- Redraw or digitize your artwork so it works at the size it is going to be made at.
- Send a digital proof showing placement, dimensions and the exact thread or ink colors.
- Hold production entirely until you say yes. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Receive your order.
We produce your order with care and ship it fast — so your team looks great right on time.

What you do
- Tell us where it goes, and whether you want it sorted, bagged and labelled by name.
- Open the box and check it while the courier's tracking is still fresh.
What we do
- Produce the run, checking pieces as they come off the machine rather than at the end.
- Fold, bag and label if you asked for it.
- Ship it, or hold it for pickup, and send tracking the day it leaves.
- Keep your file and your screens on the shelf so the next run skips setup entirely.
Turnaround
What the clock is actually counting.
Turnaround is the most common thing to misread on any decorating site, so here is ours in plain terms.
- The 10-working-day turnaround starts when you approve the proof — not when you ask for a quote, and not when you send artwork.
- Large runs add roughly a day per hundred pieces. We will say so on the quote rather than surprise you later.
- Rush is real work moved around other people's jobs, so it costs money and it is only offered when we can genuinely deliver.
