The short version
We collect the details we need to quote your job, make it, and get it to you. We do not sell any of it. We do not share your artwork with anyone outside the shop. If you want your information deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or send a message
Your name, email address, phone number if you give us one, and whatever you tell us about the job. We keep the artwork you send us so a reorder does not mean starting again.
When you place or join a group order
The size you pick, the garment you choose, and a delivery or pickup preference. If you pay, the payment itself is handled by our payment processor — we see that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card, and we never see or store the full card number.
When you just browse
Standard web-server records: the pages requested, rough timing, and technical details your browser sends such as its type and language. We use these to keep the site working and to see which pages are useful.
What we do not collect
- We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data to anyone.
- We do not ask for information we have no use for.
- We do not require an account to browse the catalog, see prices, or get a quote.
Why we hold it
- To do the work
- We cannot quote a job, produce it or ship it without knowing what it is and where it goes.
- To make the next one easier
- Keeping your digitized file and your screens on file is what lets a reorder skip setup. That means keeping a record of what we made for you.
- Because we have to
- Invoices and tax records have to be kept for a set number of years, whatever anyone would prefer.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the business: a payment processor, an email provider, a shipping carrier, and the software that hosts this site. Each one sees only what its job requires. Nobody buys data from us, because we do not sell it.
We would hand over information if a court ordered us to. We would tell you that had happened unless we were legally prevented from doing so.
Your artwork
Your logo stays yours. We store it so we can reproduce it, and we do not use it as a sample, put it in a portfolio, or show it to another customer without asking you first. Ask us to delete it and we will, though that means the next run pays setup again.
How long we keep things
- Quotes and messages: about two years, unless they turn into an order.
- Order records and invoices: as long as tax law requires.
- Artwork and production files: indefinitely, until you ask us to delete them.
- Web-server records: a short rolling window, measured in weeks.
Cookies
The site uses the small number of cookies it needs to function — remembering that you dismissed the promotional bar, and keeping a group order session together. We are not running third-party advertising cookies. If that ever changes, this page changes first and you get a real choice.
What you can ask us to do
- Tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
- Send you a copy of it.
- Stop emailing you, which you can also do from any email we send.
Ask by phone or email. We will not make you fill in a form or prove your identity three times over.
Children
This site is meant for adults placing orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children. A school or club ordering for under-18s should place the order through an adult organizer — which is how group orders are designed to work anyway.
When this page changes
We will change the date at the top and, if the change actually affects you, tell you directly rather than hoping you re-read it.
