Type at least 2 characters. A style number off a garment you already own works too — “18500” finds the Gildan hoodie.

Draft — not yet reviewed

This page is a plain-language draft written during the build. It has not been reviewed by the business owner or by a lawyer, and it is not a binding statement of anything yet. Do not rely on it. If you need an answer today, call the shop on (800) 123-4567.

The short version

We quote a job, you approve a proof, we make it. Nothing is produced until you approve the proof. If we get it wrong, we fix it. If the proof you approved is what arrived, we will still talk about it — but a remake in that case is not free.

Quotes

A quote is an offer to do a specific job at a specific price. It holds for thirty days unless it says otherwise, and it can change if you change the garment, the quantity, the artwork or the date.

Prices shown on the site — including on the pricing calculator and every product page — are estimates. Your written quote is the number that counts.

Artwork and proofs

  • You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you send us. We do not verify ownership of a logo, and we will decline a job that is obviously somebody else’s brand.
  • We send a digital proof showing size, placement and colors. Changes before approval are free and unlimited.
  • Approving the proof is the point of no return. Please check the spelling — it is by far the most common thing missed, and a misspelling we reproduced faithfully is not a production error.
  • Screens, digitized files and cut files we create remain ours to store and reuse for your reorders. Your artwork remains yours.

Payment

  • Larger runs usually take a deposit, with the balance due before shipping.
  • On a group order each person pays for their own item at checkout. If the order does not reach the minimum you set by the deadline, nobody is charged.
  • Setup fees, size upcharges, personalisation, folding and rush handling all appear on the quote before you agree to anything. Nothing is added afterwards without a new quote.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is about 10 working days from proof approval, and large runs add roughly a day per hundred pieces. The clock starts at approval, not at enquiry.

We will tell you honestly if a date is not achievable rather than take the order and hope. Where a delay is our fault we will say so and tell you what we are doing about it. Carriers, suppliers and weather are not within our control, and we do not promise otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

  • Before proof approval: change or cancel freely. Setup work already done is billable.
  • After proof approval but before production starts: we will do what we can, and any materials already committed are billable.
  • Once production has started: the order cannot be cancelled. Decorated garments cannot be resold.

Returns

Custom-decorated goods are not returnable, because there is nobody else on earth who wants forty shirts with your logo on them. What we will do:

  • If we made a mistake — wrong size decorated, print off center, ink not cured, wrong garment — we remake it at our cost.
  • If a garment arrives with a manufacturing fault, we replace it. Suppliers allow a small spoilage margin and so do we.
  • Tell us within fourteen days of delivery. After that we will still listen, but the carrier and the supplier will not.

Garments you supply

We are happy to decorate goods you bring us, but we cannot replace a garment we did not sell you if something goes wrong on the press. Bring a spare or two. We will tell you before we start if we think a fabric is risky.

What we will not print

We decline work that infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, and work that is hateful or targets a person or group. That is a judgement call and it is ours to make. We will say no plainly and refund anything you have paid.

Limits

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the value of the order — remaking it or refunding it. We are not responsible for consequential losses such as a missed event or lost sales. That is not a get-out clause; it is the same limit every shop of this size works to, and we would rather state it than bury it.

Changes to these terms

The version in force is the one published when you approved your quote. Changes here do not apply retroactively to an order already under way.
