Change anything and the number moves. It comes from the same engine that prices your real quote, so it is not a guess we made up for the website.

Price ladders
Order more, pay less per piece. Every rung we publish, for every method, with the saving spelled out against a small run.
Polos, hats, jackets and anything a uniform has to survive.
Prices are per decorated piece on a mid-range garment, one location. Setup is charged separately and shown in full by the calculator above.
Fees
What each one is, when it applies, and when it does not.
$45.00once, per logo
$25.00per color, per location
From $75.00per order
$6.00per piece
Setup fee applies to new logos only. Reorders skip it. Your artwork is already digitized and your screens are already burned, so a repeat order pays for garments and decoration only. That is why the second order is always the cheaper one.

Because you should be able to find out what something costs without handing over your email first. Hiding the number is a negotiating tactic, not a service. What is on this page is what our quote engine charges — the same engine, the same rules.
Prices shown are estimates — final quote confirms artwork and garment. It comes from the same pricing engine that builds your written quote, so it is close. What it cannot know yet is the exact garment, the artwork and where it ships. Your quote confirms those, and then the number is final.
An embroidery machine cannot read a logo. It reads a stitch file, and a person builds that file by hand — deciding stitch direction, density and order so the thread sits right on your fabric. You pay for that once. We keep the file, so you never pay for it again.
No. Your artwork is already digitized and your screens are already burned, so a reorder pays for garments and decoration only. It is the single biggest reason a second order costs less than the first.
It depends on the method. Embroidery is usually 12 pieces and screen printing 24, because setup has to spread across the run to make sense. DTF and vinyl have no practical minimum. We will never refuse to quote a small order — we will tell you honestly which method makes it affordable.
Standard turnaround is about 10 business days from the moment you approve your proof, not from the moment you order. Need it sooner? Rush options available. They cost extra and we will only sell you one if you actually need it.
Yes. Quantity is quantity. Twelve shirts is twelve shirts whether they are all mediums or six different sizes in three colors. What does start a separate count is a different decoration method or a different design — those are different jobs on the floor.
Shipping and tax, both of which the calculator shows in the breakdown. Shipping is free over $250. A premium garment prices higher than our house ladder, which is why you can pick the style in the calculator and see the real number.
Send us the garment, the quantity and your artwork. You get a written quote and a free digital proof — and nothing prints until you approve it.
