The process
Four steps, and you are only involved in two of them.
Vector art is ideal, but a clean image works. We will tell you within a day whether it will stitch well at the size you want.
Your logo is redrawn as stitch paths — the part that decides whether the finished mark looks sharp or muddy. We keep the file, so you pay for it once.
We send a digital proof showing size, placement and colors. Nothing goes onto a garment until you say yes.
Sewn, trimmed, backing removed, and checked piece by piece before it is packed.
Artwork
Send what you have. If it will not work at the size you want, we will tell you before we quote — not after we print.
AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If all you have is a PNG, send the largest version you own and we will work from that.
Fine detail disappears at chest size. We will suggest a simplified version and show you both on the proof.
We match to the closest thread in stock and name it on the proof. Exact brand-guide matching is not always possible, and we will say so.
New logo, new fee. Reorders of the same logo skip it entirely.
