Decoration method
Ink pushed through a mesh screen. Cheapest per piece once the run is big enough.
Minimum 24 pieces · Setup $25.00 · 7 working days
One screen is burnt for each color in your design, then ink is pressed through it onto the garment and cured with heat.
The setup is the expensive part and it is charged once. After that every extra shirt costs very little, which is why a run of two hundred prints for a fraction of what fifty would.
New logos only — reorders skip it.

The process
Four steps, and you are only involved in two of them.
Tell us the design, the colors in it, and how many pieces. The color count drives the price more than the quantity does.
Each color is split onto its own screen. This is where a design either simplifies cleanly or needs a conversation.
We send a digital proof showing size, placement and colors. Nothing goes onto a garment until you say yes.
Printed on press, cured through the dryer, and checked as they come off the belt.
Artwork
Send what you have. If it will not work at the size you want, we will tell you before we quote — not after we print.
Screen printing reproduces exactly what we give it. A small JPEG scaled up prints as a small JPEG scaled up.
Every color is a screen and a setup charge. Dropping one color often saves more than dropping ten shirts.
A blend is printed as a pattern of dots. It works, but it is a different look. We will show it on the proof.
A reorder inside twelve months runs on the same screens, so you skip the setup.
The ones that come up on nearly every call.
Send the artwork, the garment and the quantity. You get a quote back fast, and a free digital proof before anything is made.
