A blade cuts your shapes out of a sheet of colored vinyl, the excess is weeded away by hand, and what is left is heat-pressed onto the garment.
Because every piece is cut individually, giving forty jerseys forty different numbers costs no more per piece than giving them all the same one.

The process
Four steps, and you are only involved in two of them.
A spreadsheet is fine — name, number, size, one row per person. We will read it back to you before we cut.
The blade cuts each shape and the excess vinyl is picked away by hand. It is the slow part, and it is what you are paying for.
We send a digital proof showing size, placement and colors. Nothing goes onto a garment until you say yes.
Positioned, pressed and checked one garment at a time against your list.
Artwork
Send what you have. If it will not work at the size you want, we will tell you before we quote — not after we print.
A blade follows a path. Anything that is not a clean outline has to be redrawn before it can be cut.
Thin strokes and tiny counters cannot be weeded reliably. We will tell you where a shape needs thickening.
Each color is a separate cut and a separate press. Two colors is normal; five is a different method.
Names spelled exactly as they should appear, with sizes. We print what you send us.
